The Sun was yesterday handed dramatic footage of the mysterious craft hovering over
Bristol. Shellie Williams, 20, and her mum Betty, 53, filmed it on their mobile phones.
When they zoomed in, they also caught red and white vertical beams not visible to the
naked eye. Care worker Shellie, who watched from outside her home in nearby Hartcliffe,
said: "It was bizarre and I was quite frightened."
Betty said: "Through binoculars you could see clusters of lights. "They
seemed to form a circle and were attached to something. It freaked us out."
Neighbour Tony Jefferies said he had seen the lights on and off for two weeks.
In daylight yesterday, Shellie and Betty pinpointed the lights as being close to a
radio mast on Dundry Hill. Air traffic control at Bristol International Airport said
it had no reports of "unusual activity". Avon & Somerset police said
their helicopter was not out and they had not had UFO reports.
Large Meteor Plummets Near Canadian City

A large meteor, said to be the biggest seen in the
past ten years, was spotted coming down through the night sky as a giant fireball near
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Rick Huziak, a local amateur astronomer, was able to capture
footage of the falling meteor from the rooftop of a university building. He was quoted,
"It was quite spectacular. The ground lights up all over the place."The video
shows a large fireball lighting up the night sky before disappearing as it nears the
ground. Scientists are now in search of pieces of the meteor that may have survived the
strike.
Police Helicopter Chases UFO
UK: A police helicopter chased a 'flying saucer-shaped' UFO from
Cardiff to the North Devon coast after being forced to take evasive action to avoid being
hit by the mystery craft. The pursuit was eventually abandoned due to lack of fuel.
"They are convinced it was a UFO. It sounds far-fetched, but they know what they saw.
These guys are hardened professionals and know people will take the mickey, but they are
certain they saw a UFO," said a newspaper source. According to a South Wales Police
spokesperson an unusual aircraft was sighted and the matter has been "reported to the
relevant authorities for their investigation."
The pilot was forced to bank sharply to avoid being hit by the mystery
aircraft as the helicopter was returning to the Ministry of Defence base of St Athan, near
Cardiff. The three crew described the UFO as 'flying saucer-shaped'. They
gave chase, getting as far as the North Devon coast before they ran low on fuel, it was
reported. The incident happened two weeks ago, on June 7. A source told the
newspaper: "They are convinced it was a UFO. It sounds far-fetched, but they know
what they saw. "These guys are hardened professionals and know people will take
the mickey, but they are certain they saw a UFO." A spokesman for South Wales
Police confirmed the Air Support Unit sighted an unusual aircraft. "This was
reported to the relevant authorities for their investigation."

A UFO had a mid-air collision with a fighter jet over central Europe, a leaked report
has revealed. Defence chiefs are investigating claims that the Romanian MIG 21
fighter plane was struck by 'strange objects'. The official report says the cockpit
of the jet was shattered. Romanian defence ministry officials have ruled out all
normal types of collision such as birdstrikes, ice or small meteorites. Chief
investigator Commander Nicolae Grigorie said in the report: 'We can definitely say what
this thing was not, but we cannot say what it was.' The impact on a training flight
above Transylvania took only 67 milliseconds and was recorded on an in-flight video
camera. Pilot Marin Mitrica was slightly injured but managed to land the plane
safely after the incident last year. Baffled defence chiefs have now passed the UFO
incident on to the Security Committee of European Air Forces for investigation.

A UFO has exploded in mid-air over a southern Vietnamese island, it's been reported.
The Vietnam News Agency (VNA) said residents of Phu Quoc island, 10 km (6 miles)
off the coast of the Cambodian province of Kampot, found shards of grey metal, including
one 1.5 metres (1.5 yards) long. It comes a day after Cambodia's air force retracted
a report of a mysterious plane crash. "The explosion happened at about 8 km (5
miles) above the ground, and perhaps it was a plane, but authorities could not identify
whether it was a civil or military aircraft," VNA said in a report headlined
"UFO explodes over Phu Quoc Island." Soldiers were sent out to look for
wreckage and survivors, and local authorities contacted airlines in Vietnam, Cambodia and
Thailand, but received no reports of missing aircraft, the official state news agency
added. Villagers in Kampot said they had heard a loud explosion and had found small
chunks of metal near the coastline. Kung Mony, deputy commander of Cambodia's Air
Force, said he had been told of a foreign plane crashing in Kampot province, but later
backed off his claims of an aircraft accident.
Man Builds Flying Saucer with Plasma

Professor Subrata Roy from the University of Florida wants to patent his
saucer craft. The craft has no moving parts and can hover and take off vertically. Roy
dubbed the saucer WEAV, or wingless electromagnetic air vehicle. Using his plasma research
experience, Roy developed a craft with no moving parts such as engines or propellers.
Electrodes lining the surface of the craft ionize the air, creating plasma. Electric
currents are sent through the plasma to give it lift. Roy said, "If successful, we
will have an aircraft, a saucer and a helicopter all in one embodiment." Roy
envisions the craft not only being used on Earth but also on other worlds, such as
Saturn’s moon Titan.

RAF Wing Commander: We Tracked a Whole Fleet of UFOs on Radar
UK: 64-year-old Alan Turner MBE, a retired RAF Wing Commander and
RAF radar system chief operator for almost three decades, says that 35 UFOs travelling in
formation were tracked by six military radars and a civilian one back in 1971. Turner, at
that time a radar supervisor at Sopley base, saw the aircraft perform a 300mph climb from
3,000 to 60,000 feet in perfect formation. He says conventional aircraft would have been
noisier and couldn't have maintained the perfect formation. Turner reported the incident
to the military hierarchy. Three days later he and approximately 30 other military
personnel who witnessed the incident were instructed by the Ministry of Defence to keep
quiet about what they saw. (sept 08)
Declassified File: US Pilot Ordered to Shoot Down

A file declassified by the British Ministry of
Defence has revealed that 26-year-old US Air Force lieutenant Milton Torres was ordered to
fire on an aircraft carrier-sized UFO over Norwich in 1957. Having been ordered to fire
all 24 rockets he had at his disposal Torres flew in to take the shot at close to 1125km/h
before the unidentified craft disappeared off his radar at approximately 16,000km/h.
The file is one of nineteen declassified. In another incident Alitalia Flight AZ
284 almost collided with a UFO at 22,000 feet on approach to Heathrow airport 17 years ago
before that object also disappeared.
Passenger Jet Almost Hit UFO
British Ministry of Defence files have reveal an incident
which occurred in 1991 near Lydd in Kent with a passenger jet traveling on its way to
Heathrow Airport almost struck a UFO. The Alitalia airliner missed what pilots reported as
a brown missile shaped object which shot overhead. Speculation of the object in question
being a weather balloon , missile or space rocket were ruled out and the case closed. The
revelation came to be known as MOD files concerning such incidences are becoming public
and up to 200 such files are to be made available online which cover the period from 1986
to 1992.
The Wonder of a UFO Capture in Turkey
A 42-year-old guard captured this amazing footage the sighting was also witnessed
by other residents; over and over again for a four month period, in Istanbul from May to
September. Yalcin Yalman wanted the human race to recognize that space ships are
frequenting our planet. He claims to have recorded 2 and half hours of objects like a
flying saucer and a cluster of orb lights. Eyewitness have been questioned by the Sirius
UFO Space Science Research Centre in Turkey and a UFO researcher Haktan Akdogan said:
"In this amazing video footage, physical forms of UFOs and their metallic structures
are clearly noticeable.
